It’s my last post for 2016, and coincidentally, my last post for my New Year, New You series. What did we talk about? I got the party started November 01. NEW SERIES - A New Year, A New You I tried out three different task management systems and wrote about how I pulled from each to design my own. Task Management: Part 1 of New Year, New You I wrote about how to design a schedule that works for you, and encouraged you to take a day to unplug.
After one of my early posts about how to go paperless, I wrote how to deal with paper when the world isn’t paperless yet. Preparing to Be Paper Free: First Steps We covered how to plan out some goals for the new year. Goal Setting 2k17: Making Plans In October, I announced I was going to design a new area to work from home, and after wayyyy too long, I had my big reveal. Brace yourselves! New project alert... We also revisited one of my earlier posts on creating a routine. Three Steps to Create a Routine, and Why You Should Whew. It’s actually funny to me, looking back over this. This series started oh so randomly (“I should try the Eisenhower Matrix. I should try them all. Oh wait! I have a blog! I’ll write about it!”). It took on a life of its own, and kept growing, and growing, and growing, and now it ends with 15 posts to cover several different areas so many of us struggle in. When I kicked the series off, I wrote about how I was so ready for 2016 to be over. That’s still true. Today, I add that I hope your 2017 is one of peace, and joy, and sees you kicking butt and taking names. I can't sum it up any better than one of my favorite people and this quote, which I leave you with. HAPPY NEW YEAR!You can subscribe to my mailing list here.
